* Proven machinery operation competence
* Mechanical aptitude and problemsolving skills
* Ability to visualise processes and outcomes
* Effective teamwork and communication
* Strong work ethic and adaptability
* Leadership capability when required
CAS Requirements
* Current Australian Driver Licence
* Strong literacy and documentation skills
* Standard 11 (Generic Coal Surface Induction)
* Coal Board Medical
* Experience operating mining equipment
* Ability to obtain or provide evidence of National Competencies
* Supervisor competencies highly regarded
Remuneration Package
* Competitive hourly rates
* Performance based tonnage bonuses

* Six month probation period
* Rosters vary based on operational requirements
