Demonstrated ability to remain focused while managing multiple tasks throughout a shift.

Willingness to work in, and preferably reside in or regularly travel to, the Bowen Basin region of Central Queensland.

Proven competence in machinery operation, with a high level of operational awareness.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.

Well-developed conceptual thinking skills, including the ability to visualise processes and outcomes.

Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong work ethic with a demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt.

Leadership capability, including the ability to guide, support, and motivate others when required.
